SHIPPING METHOD & COST

We offer numerous Shipping Methods as listed below. The cost to ship items from each product category varies by item, shipment and shipping option. An Estimated Shipping Time is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, the shipping method you select and the shipping destination. Please note Shipping Time does not include processing time.

Domestic Shipment

The chart below lists the estimated delivery timelines for our website's orders.

Important:
  • The estimated dates of all these shipping methods have taken shipping distance into consideration. Some more additional days may be added to your delivery date if the shipping distance is vey long.
  • The weight of your package is an important factor in determining the shipping cost you pay. In general, the heavier the package, the more it costs to ship. Freight surcharges (for heavy items) will be added if they apply to your order.
    • For standard shipping, weight does not affect shipping cost.
    • For three-day shipping and two-day shipping, the shipping cost is a combination of weight, items, and how far the package is traveling. If you purchase more than 2 items, the postage begins to change. According to the calculation method offered by our courier company, the weight of 2 items equals approximately a pound. Every two items added means extra shipping fee will be charged.

Processing Time

Your orders will need 1-3 days to process.
Please Note:
  • our store can not guarantee the specific shipping dates. It all depends on he products you order and the specific shipping destination. Please allow for no more than 15 day delivery time for domestic orders and 20 for international orders.
  • our store does not take liability if the ordered products get lost while delivery.
  • You may receive your order sooner or later depending on unforseen order processing factors, weather delays & holidays.
  • Your information (especially delivery address, telephone number and email address) of the order should be precise and concrete.
  • Before your order is dispatched, we also need extra business days to have your orders processed.

Shipping Processing:

Normally it takes 4-6 business days to process your order.Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Once your order is dispatched,an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Standard free shipping time:For the United States,estimated to be delivered in 7-15 business days.Please allow 5-10 days delay for the remote area(Hawaii,Alaska and other islands);For European countries,estimated to be delivered in 10-20 business days.

Please note:Total Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Delivery Arrangements

Our carrier delivers between 7.30am and 10pm,and in some cases a signature may be required.

If you are not around,the carrier will try your neighbours,or(if a signature is not required)will try to find a safe,dry place to leave your parcel.

Alternatively they will leave a calling card with the details on how to re-arrange delivery.Or depending on the courier a re-delivery attempt may be made without contact.

Please note deliveries outside of the US can take anything up to 10 working days and sometimes longer.Check with your local postal service to check if any attempt has been made at delivery as you may have been out when they called.
